Lloyd, Executive Director – As the trees get their leaves and the flowers begin to bloom, Birthline also springs forward. Filling the shoes of my dear friend Dee as Director of Birthline is such an honor. Humanly speaking, I’m fearful, but with God’s help I’m sure I will be able to live up to the task. With the help of an amazing team of staff and really great volunteers we are looking forward to meeting the needs of our clients. While cultivating a family atmosphere of love, our aim is to provide non-judgmental care and support to each and every person – man, woman and baby – who God brings through our doors. We aim to allow God to lead Birthline into great adventure. As a third generation minister, being in a role of serving in ministry comes naturally, but God is constantly asking me to grow through challenges I rarely see coming. I’m so grateful for the reassurance found in the disciplines I’m asked to execute. As a husband of 21 years to my amazing wife Carol, I am challenged to love faithfully. As a Dad to 4 spectacular children – Camryn (16), Coltyn (14), Caslyn (10), and Corbyn (3) – I am challenged to love fearlessly and patiently. As a minister, I’m challenged to love diligently. And as Director of Birthline of Loveland, I’m challenged to love compassionately and empathetically. As Followers of Jesus Christ we are all asked and challenged to love without selfish motive and most importantly… unconditionally. In this way we bring God glory.

Carie, Assistant Director – My name is Carie Aslor and I have the privilege of being named the Assistant Director at Birthline. I am blessed to have been married to my best friend for 28 years, Jordan. The joys of my life are our two sons Caleb (23) who is pursuing a degree in Psychology at CSU, and Collin (19) who is pursuing a Neuroscience/Pre-Med degree at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. I have been with Birthline for a year and a half. It is truly my pleasure to serve not only the clients that I see but to serve with amazing people who have a true passion for providing compassionate care and support to moms and dads in our community. After being an elementary teacher for 25 years I have always had a passion for children, especially the unborn. God placed on my heart a desire to volunteer in an organization where I can live this out and share His love for others as well. It is truly an honor to do something that I love and in such a wonderful organization as Birthline.

Pam, Coordinator of Client Services – My name is Pam Wilson, and I have been volunteering at Birthline for almost a year. I have seen firsthand the amazing work that happens here. Every day we see brave women in our community who have chosen life for their babies and are bravely working to give them the best life possible. Birthline gives them the love and support to assist them in this Godly work. The volunteers here are wonderful examples of love. They selflessly give their time and their hearts to ensure that this work continues. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as Coordinator of Client Services, and blessed to work with these volunteers. My goal is to make their time at Birthline as meaningful as possible and to support them as they serve our clients.  As our work continues to grow, I hope that we can continue the legacy of this wonderful organization, and continue to love and support the courageous women who choose life for their unborn babies.

Andrea, Coordinator of Communications and Marketing – Hello! My name is Andrea Powell. I’ve worked in the Birthline office and with clients and volunteers for eight years. Right now I also work on Birthline’s marketing in the community and online. Lately, I’ve seen a big increase in the number of women and families finding Birthline through social media and our website! It has been so encouraging to see the volunteers’ hard work, details and effort make such a difference! Clients who find us on the internet can come to our office and receive consistent, high-quality care through our advocates and team members. A stronger online presence is reaching more clients and resulting in more appointments – this equals more mamas choosing life and more babies being saved! I am so blessed to be able to contribute in this aspect, as well as still work one-on-one with our clients. I can’t wait to see what Birthline’s future holds!
